wifes attorney put some strangers DUI Citation in my records,when they submitted paper work to my atty?

!aD-AD asked: i am assuming this paperwork went to the Custody Judge as well as my sons Gaurdian Ad Litem.It is a Citation for driving under the influence,as well as refusal to proceed with sample for alcohol testing.Problem is,it is NOT MY CITATION!!
