Im in trouble guys. Almost a year ago i got put on probation for ganja in TN. Now in current time; I now live in KY with 1 month to go till im done probation. Last week i got a DUI and im scared shit-less. Im in the process of getting an attorney for my DUI and im gonna see if i can get the court date pushed back till my probly is over. Does anyone have any advice or knowledge on the situation? My last name is also spelt wrong in TN’s system, i doubt that makes difference.
When i was given probation in TN, i decided to change my life and start over. I got permission from my PO to move to KY for school. I write him an e-mail every month and send him two drug test a month. So he didnt transfer my probation to this state. last week, i felt sober and was leaving a party to go home less than a block away and my g/f asked if i could give her friend a ride to her dorm(2 blocks out of my way). at the dorms some guy honked at me so i honked back. Soon as i got on the road a university cop pulled me over to ask me why i honked..blah, blah. i get a DUI. Ive worked so hard to get this far. If i go to jail for 6 months, my life is over. Im just trying to see my possible future so I dont have to stress out daily.
